Normality
How would be the new normality for you?
What would you say? About what new normality are you talking about?
A question, that you would probably never ask yourself, since we are used to assimilating what
we live daily as our only reality...
Now, after more than 3 months, if I ask to you this question, I'm sure it doesn't sound strange at all ...
We are in a process of growth and evolution, although many of us consider this process negative.
"It has, and, it will have many more positive than negative factors in future"
" Acts of kindness, a boom in creativity, new ways of working, a cleaner environment,
more focus on ourselves after years dedicating us to others ... and I could continue listing many more,
but I think these are the ones more relevant.
What will happen now?
Uncertainty is one of those things that we always struggle to manage.
"The human being needs to control to be able to dominate the uncertainty. Knowing what is going to happen favors our feelings of security and well-being. The emotion of fear is a constantly active element in many of us and the antidote is the searching control of the elements to increase our security feelings. Our levels of serotonin stimulate in positive our own guard"
The needed to know when things are going to start to change is precisely a search for answers to be able to plan and organize the upcoming situation after the reduction of restrictions.
Eleanor Roosevelt very aptly said that the purpose of life is to live it, to enjoy the experience to the extreme, to reach out impatiently and fearlessly for newer and more enriching experiences.
"This situation we live in has turned all of our lives and plans upside down and, without a doubt, has taught us a lesson that total control of the situation can never be taken for granted, but we squeeze the experience to the extreme and direct the course of our uncertainties".
